Ext Flashing Continous

Kindly help me to solve the following issue; I'm having/using phone handset branded Panasonic KX-TS3282 BXW. All Extension Lights of this handset are flashing continuous without stopping. What's is the problem with this? Kindly assist on this.

It must be that the extension number is not assigned.

After you connect the AC adapter (p. 10), all of the extension indicators flash

until you assign the extension number of your unit. Even if you do not use the

intercom, assign the number. Otherwise all of the extension indicators will

continue flashing. See page 16 of the manual here
