Ordered Part, Shipped Wrong One
My new phone came with a wall mouint adaptor for the base but I can not use the base unit on the wall so I phoned your help people. After much discussion to tell them I needed a wall mount adaptor for the smaller mini base holding the satelite phones, he assured me that he had the right part number and that it was different from the base wall mount adaptor to do what I wanted, so I ordered it. When it came it was identical to the wall mount for the base unit which I already have! Do you have a wall mount adaptor for the hand sets, not the base unitI would waant a silver one, definitely not the black one). If not who can I talk to to do something about this second wall mount adaptor that I do not need and for which I paid freight and taxes. Bill
