I Have This Same Issue, Getting A Busy Signal When Trying To Answer Calls. Were
you able to resolve it? I would be so grateful for a solution.

Please check the following if your phone display shows 'Busy' :
1. Make sure no one else is using another handset on the same line.
2. Remove the batteries from the handset and the power suppy from base, replace the batteries and then the power supply.
3. If you still have the same problem, please try to de-register & re-register the cordless phone from the base (check your user manual for de-register & register procedure).
Additionally, please make sure that the dial mode (tone or pulse dialling) is compatible with your telephone line or your automatic branch exchange.
