I Forgot My Password For Dial Lock. My Phone Model Is Panasonic Kx- Tga242bx.
How can i make new pass or omit old password. Thanks

I could not find any reference to a dial lock feature. However you may find a solution if you search through the sections of the user manual available from this link:
