How Do I Get My New Panasonic Phone To Announce Callers

Your question is not really clear, but you may be referring to the ringer for incoming calls. If so, see https://www.manualslib.com/manual/303942/Panasonic-Kx-Tg9331t.html?page=18#manual, Or you may be referencing Caller ID. If so, that feature is arranged through your landline phone company.
