Phone Kx-tg6641 - How Do I Turn Off The Caller Id Voice Identification?

You can turn off the caller id voice identification for the base unit AND all of the handsets by using any handset:
- On any handset, choose "MENU" soft key
- To turn it off on all HANDSETS, enter #162
- Choose "Off" option and enter "Save"
- To turn it off at the base unit, choose "MENU" soft key on any handset
- Enter #*162 (it's different than the earlier #) and then enter "Save" It'll give you a choice of handset or base unit, so choose base unit and save.
- Once you're done, press "Off"
