Purchased 6-21-2014 Panasonic Kx-tg4225 Model Dect 6.0 Plus Phones My # 4 Unit I
My # 4 unit is not working, have done everything to re set and register the unit following instruction, more than once, have placed phone on one of the other bases still having issues. It does ring, but I can not get a dial tone to dial out also can not answer this unit. Have taken the batteries out and replace them also, says it is fully charged. Help Vicki

If the battery pack isn't bad then I suggest you contact CS at the # in the back od the manual for replacement or repair.
