Dect 6.0 Handsets Case #30891077

On July 25th I ordered two handsets from your factory. My original purchase of the Model KX-TG4732B base unit and 1 handset was purchased from Radio Shack in June. Unfortunately this past week, during a storm that produced lightening, the base unit went out. So again, bought the same base kit from Radio Shack thinking that my two handsets would still be okay. They will not connect to the replaced unit although the model numbers are the same. What can I do to get these two handsets I ordered from your store to work with this unit?? I can ill afford to replace these units and I am very dissapointed in Panasonic for a glitch like this.
