I Have Entered The #304 To Go Back To Pre-set Message And It Won't Work. What Is
wrong? A couple months ago I wanted a recorded message of my voice and now want to go back to the pre-recorded greeting. No matter how many times I go to menu and hit pound 304, it asks: "Reset to pre-recorded greeting?" and I press yes and then it says Pre-recorded on but it is NOT on because my former message in my voice is still on. HELP!!!
