Hi.
- Try calling the phone and see if you get a ring
- If you have an answering machine, see if it picks up and let you leave a message - if yes, the headsets will likely have lost communication with the base unit.
- If you have another line around the house, try the set there.
- Also try a reset by removing the headset batteries and the base unit adapter for 3-5 minutes.
