Erasing Caller Id On Panasonic Phone
How do I erase ALL at once the caller id list on a Panasonic KXTG-5421S?

When you are erasing a SINGLE entry, the instructions say:
1) Press < CID
2) Use UP or DOWN to select disiired entry.
3) push CLEAR then UP or DOWN, and then YES.
BUT, to have the erase all show up do the following INSTEAD of the 3 steps above
(first two steps are the same)
1) Press < CID
2) Use UP or DOWN to select desired entry
3) Use UP or DOWN to display "Erase all", then press OK.
4) Use UP or DOWN to display "yes", then press OK, then press OFF.
Please try that and let me know if you can get that "Erase all" to show for step 3
