Locked Handset On One Phone, No Tone Signals On Another

One of my cordless phones for this system is locked, there is a padlock key symbol in the screenanother phone does not have any tone signals when answering or dialing

If you check the manual you can reset the phones to default settings. The password if you have not changed it will be 1234. The other option is to remove both batteries and also remove the power from the base stations for about 10 minutes. This should then make them appear to be a new setup if the phones do not have internal rom which maintains the data. Take a look at the manual and search for "reset" and the information is there.
