Loose Connection
The dial tone in my headset seems to be going on and off. I cannot keep it on longer than a couple of seconds and only by holding the wire in a very particular position where it enters the ear part of the set. What can I do to correct this problem?

To reset your Panasonic KX-TCA430 headset, follow these steps:
- Unplug the headset from the base unit and from the telephone jack.
- Hold down the Mute button and the Volume Down button at the same time.
- While still holding down the buttons, plug the headset back into the base unit and into the telephone jack.
- Continue holding down the buttons for about 10 seconds.
- The headset will beep and the reset will be complete.
