Missed Calls.

We use the Panasonic KX-T7630-B phone in our office. We use three lines but are rarely on all three lines at one time. We are here all day answering phones but are still getting many voicemails when we answer every call. Why are some of our calls going straight to voicemail?

Use the switch at the side of the phone to control the number of rings.
