Most Of The Lights On One Of The Numbers Do Not Work.
Panasonic wrist blood pressure monitor EW3003. In the lower (diastolic) first number most of the lights are off. I have changed the batteries. Is there something else to do so that all of the lights work.

If you refer to the user guide it explains how the device functions. It will give the relevant indication based on the readings it gets. If the unit is not connected to the wrist correctly then the display will not be correct. The user guide is available here:

These devices are for home use and can be temperamental if it is not operated correctly.
