Panamax M5100-pm Trigger Problem

The manual doesnt have great instructions. I have setup the trigger from my receiver to the panamax, but it doesnt seem to turn on the bank 2 or 3. I also have a niles cs12v to do the same thing but I am having the same results. I have everything plugged in correctly. I have the main power on the panamax on. I hit the power button for a few secs to manually turn off bank 2 and 3. When receiver is turned on, nothing happens. Turning it on manually works fine. Any ideas? Am I missing something?
