I Have A Oregon Scientific Thermo Hygro Sensor For Outdoors. I Replaced The
batteries. Pushed reset for around 2-3 seconds. All I see is a dark line down the middle of sensor screen. Model# THGR122N

After changing the battery, you have to repeat the installation, as outlined at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/604928/Oregon-Scientific-Rgr126.html?page=6#manual under GETTING STARTED.
