My Oreck Wont Dispenses Shampoo

My Oreck will dispense water but it will not dispense shampoo and I notice bubbles in the shampoo bottle when I depress the yellow button.

Have you you tried following the clear plastic tubing ftom the main body down to the area where the soap should spray out? My husband fould that the line near the head was compressed and soap was not getting out. Had to manually reach down several times to "pinch" the line open the other direction.

This also occurred when i was using the upholstery head and switched between the two. I also tried to clean the large head (for carpet) while jead was off so that I could clearly see the lines and head area for any obstructions.
