The Parking Spot 2

Is there any way I could get a refund on parking that I did not use?  I thought it was the actual parking at the DFW airport and when I got there, they refused it.  I was unable to go find where it was as I had to meet my flight.  I live 120 miles away from DFW airport.    My booking code was:  H3TGQY Pkg code:  BPBJJV Bought on 10/11/2011 for 11/8/11-11/17/11   I would appreciate your consideration in refunding the parking fee as I mistakenly thought it was the actual DFW parking lot.     Sincerely,     Shirley Story
