Automatic Renewal
Why was my Onstar renewed and charged to my credit card without any notice given to me by email or mail?

That's what we get for not reading the fine print in our legal contracts. Nowadays, most electronic purchases "automatically renew" unless you (fine print) follow a ridiculous set of procedures to stop the automated raping of your account. Bottom line, ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT or just don't go there. Big business is unscrupulous and has no guile (that should be in jumbo print before all fine print in contracts).
