Ws-310m Dead

When replacing dead battery I found my WS310 dead. Sure, polarity of the battery is OK. Nothing in the display. My computer does not recognize device through USB port either. I would like to recover my recordings. How can I do this?

Sorry, I don't know the answer. But Olympus has a LiveChat customer service. When I had a similar question about my Olympus DS30 recorder, they walked me through the solution. The hardest part is finding this forum, which Olympus doesn't publicize. I found it via the Olympus website customer service button, and the FAQs, but I don't remember all the steps. You should be able to figure it out.
