My Vr310 Camera Can Not Work
Dear Sir/Madam: This is my third letters, because you did’ n t response my first letter 5 days ago. I really hope get an answer as quick as possible! I am in urgent! My new Olympus VR-310 camera (bought on July 2011), some days ago, when I download some pictures on my Computer and update it at Olympus internet but failed . Olympus internet Said the connect have problems . Then I let the camera left the computer. After that , I can not open the camera,when I press the On/off button, even though the bettery was full of charged. Then the camera can not work again. Could you tell me how to fix it by myself.
