I Cant Get The Pictures From Camerai

The Micro SD Card from my camera is empty. We tried to connect it throught USB cable and card reader, but it still empty. Is there something wrong with my Storage Setting, or with my Micro SD Card? We can still view our pictures through camera only. please advice.. Thanks!!
