Compatability Of Dm-20 With New Computer - Having Problems
I recently bought a new computer, Dell Optiplex 390 minitower, running Windows 7 Professional (64bit OS). I reloaded the original sofware I had when I bought the DM-20 from the disk. I put the DM-20 in its cradle and linked up but my computer doesn't recognise the device. The recorder keeps making bleating sounds as if it is trying to connect but can't. there is little functionality on my screen and I can't upload.
How can I solve this problem? If I can't use this computer might I be able to upload to an older one?
