I Am Having Problems With Creating New Folders. Can You Help?
Following the instructions to create a New Folder is not working for me. After selecting a Folder in Download Tray, the "New Folder" option under the "Folder" tab is in green print (as is everything in that list) and not responding. Also the "New Folder" icon at the top of the Dictation Tree is in grey (not yellow) and therefore not responding either.
