What Else Can Be Wrong

I have a 99 alero 4cylinder when stopped a red light and start to drive again it goes real slow  acts like it wantss to cut off then it picks up speed it also does that when I stop and make a turn people told me I needed a fuel pump had that done same problem, had a converter put on still the same problem, I had new sparks put in 2 months ago what else can be wrong with the car
