2002 Olds Silhouette Headlights Turn On

The headlights occasionally turn on by themselves, both in the daylight and a night, with the car parked, turned off, and the key removed. I've replaced the headlight switch, and that didn't fix it. My GM dealer charged me an hour's labor to tell me that he couldn't figure it out. This of course, occasionally drains my battery.
