Horn Won't Work

The horn won't work on a 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette. Is there a fuse that can be easily replaced??? And where is it located?

The horn has a mini relay(#16) & (#36 mini fuse) photo below, located in the engine compartment. The Underhood Fuse and Relay Center photo is on page 328 of this manual.
