Price Adjustment
I bought a Toshia computer on Nov. 11. Now I received an email from Office Max with a $50.00 lower price than I paid. I went to the local OfficeMax store and requested a price adjustment. The store manager, Ray, would not make and adjustment and could not show me any policy that prohibits adjustments. I need to talk to someone who can assist me to resolve this stalemate. Ray is not customer oriented and is a jerk. He ended up insulting me and I left with no satisfaction at all. Please help me. I can be reached at 3174325038.
