Can I Get My 3 Year Extended Max Assurance Of $200 Back?
I bought a laptop last 3 weeks ago that I am having trouble with. I spoke with the manager of the store - his attitude was we got your $1000 go away with your questions about the laptop. I call customer serice and get a woman who refuses to let me talk to someone about the laptop and she has the same attitude. The problem is yours we got your $1000 go find someone else to help you. I am finding similiar reports all over the internet about Office Max and their poor customer service.
