I've Just Joined Nutrisystem.
I have received my frozen food still waiting for the shakes to be delivered. Once I receive everything who do I contact to help me on the right path. Also once I receive my order should I make a second order immediately, or is your delivery some what fast? Should I have a coach or counselor helping me? I really want this to work, and I want to explain to my coach about my health issues. I somehow gained 40 pounds within a few days and slowly put on an extra 10. My doctor told me it's because I'm not as active as I used to be and I explained to him that I have been 2 meals a day, one (cereal) at 10:00 and then dinner around 6:30. He hasn't helped me so I'm praying this works. I'm definitely not rich but I heard that your system is better than weight watchers.Thank you for your anticipated help,Ruth Angotti

Hi! The 40 lbs in a few days part is worrying me and I believe you should see a registered dietician for this, not nutritional companies.
