When you are finished exercising, the console
will automatically turn off.

If the pedals are not moved for several seconds, a
tone will sound, the console will pause, and the
time will begin to flash in the upper display.
If the pedals are not moved for about five min-
utes, the console will turn off and the displays will
be reset.

How do I turn my NordicTrack off? Always remove the key, press the power switch into the off position (see the drawing on page 5 for the location of the power switch), and unplug the power cord when the treadmill is not in use. How do I disable NordicTrack iFIT?
