Workouts
There are several onboard workouts and Set-a-Goal workouts. We just got the 10.7 and I would like a written list of the workouts. There is not one in the Manual

This is the only mention in the manual: pages 19-21 give workout info & iFit instructuions.
With your new iFit-compatible fitness equipment, you
can use an array of features on iFit.com to make your
fitness goals a reality. Go here for the ifit site. Sorry I couldn't find any info on the 32 workout apps mentioned in the specs.
