Ground Screw
I am trying to screw in the ground screw to the grounding wire and it will not screw all the way into the hole. It is half way screwed, and the ground wire is secure, but moves. The 1/2" ground screw does not look like the one in the manueal - the one in the manual has a flat bottom, and this one is pointed. Is this a problem?

The ground screw should definitely be secured to the point where the screw and the wire don't move at all. It sounds like maybe you have the wrong screw. The pointed screw may be a problem, depending on if it hits anything inside the unit. You can probably call the manufacturer and have them send you the correct screw.
