Can Blue Tooth Be Replaced

I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA BH109 on 23rd August but it now working properly. I have only used it for 4 days , Can I get a replacement

I am not sure what the warranty in your country is, usually it is one year for accessories for phones. But, in any case it has to be more than a week. So, contact Nokia Customer Care with your proof of purchase, they will be able to help you out.
