Can't Get My 7280 To Work On At&t Network

I cannot get my 7280 to work on AT&T, is there a configuration file or upgrade that allows connection to the AT&T network

your phone would have to unlocked. each type of phone is programmed to a certain carrier take it to a at&t independant seller and usually they can unlock them
