4wd Issues

I have a 2009 pathfinder with 72K miles.  Everytime i start to go after being parked there is a lound clunk as I am getting up to speed, usually before the first shift.  Also, whenever I am in 4wd it has a hard time moving in reverse or when the wheels are turned.  is ther anyone who has had similar problems?
