Front Passenger Window Stopped Working & Rear Seatbelts Too Short To Use.

D oesn't matter if I try driver control or passenger control switch...no movement and no sounds of trying. Child proof lock is off as far as I can tell. Does this mean the window motor died? I've had no problems with it whatsoever up until now. Electric lock on same door works - so pretty sure it's not electrical. Can the child proof lock control button on drivers door get stuck? Are there fuses involved? If so, where are they located? Also, rear (5 seat) bench seating seatbelts are so short I can't travel with passengers. How do I get them to come out farther. There seems to be extra belts....very confusing. Appreciate any help you can give.
