I Took Pictures Without An Sd Card, Is There A Way To Get Them Onto My Computer?

Since you have no SD card, the photos are on the internal memory of the camera.

Plug the camera into your computer, using the USB cord that came with the camera.  Turn the camera on, on the photo program you have installed on your computer will download the photos automatically.
