Uh Oh

I have a little problem, well 5 to be exact. the first 4 are those god-forbid screws that can not be undone. I need to unscrew and open it because the 5th problem is the adapter i bought to work with regular sized headphones broke inside of the headphone jack. i just need to know if i can get it open or if i can kiss myb player goodbye. If you can help me i would be most appreciative.
