Install Netgear N300 Wireless Router, Wnr2000v3

when I load the resource cd to install the program will not run automatically or manually.  My computer reads the disc but will not run it.

The "auto-run" feature is disabled on Windows 7 and Vista by default.  You can open the Windows Explorer and browse to the CD drive, then douible click autorun.exe, or setup.exe or setup.msi, whatever there may be.

BTW, the resource CD is not really needed.  You can log directly into the router by pointing your browser to http://192.168.1.1 in most cases.  Try admin as the user and either admin or no password.
