Need Netgear Wgr612 Setup Instructions
I tried to connect and configure the wireless router on my network.., i am able to connect to the router using 192.168.1.1 and changed the ip address to 192.168.1.22 as my Firewall is congured as 192.168.1.1.
After doing so, I have given Internet to WAN port and try to connect my laptop through wireless, but could not succeed.
Can any one explain me how to do the configuration?

First, what firewall? Are you plugging this into another device?
Typical configuration would be the router WAN port goes to a DSL or Cable modem. That port needs to be DHCP so that the modem will assign an address. The router then has it's own DHCP server that assigns internal addresses on the 192.168.1.x network.
If you have a fixed IP from your ISP that would go on the WAN port but it won't be in the 192.168.1.1 range.
I recommend setting everything back to factory, then set your security and SSID and don't touch anything else.
