Someone Hack My Email Address And I Can't Get On My Facebook Page

how can i get back control of my email address that someone hack and took control of i can't get email or send email they took over all of my email account and change my email address to i don't know who that is are they password so i could get my email address back I don't know who they could take over my account with out me okay it can you help me fix this

Hello, you will need to contact your email provider and let them know about the situation:

For Yahoo!:
Go to this page and select the option that says "My account may have been compromised," then click Next.

For Gmail:
Go to this page and click "I can't sign in to my account."
