My Account Is Locked And Only Way To Get Unlocked Is By Physically Talking To A
but you cant talk to a rep because i waited 2 hours twice already ive wasted 30 hours on this are you paying for my time i just want my money how can i get it?

Let me tell you something try calling them once if they still not able to resolve your concern raise a complaint against them and send it to their VP.
You could try calling the number on the back of your card or try reaching NetSpend again at 866-387-7363.
If that doesn't work you could also try connecting with them via soacial media: https://m.facebook.com/netspend/ or https://twitter.com/netspend.
