Why Is There No 24 Hour Customer Service.
I needed NetSpend at night,there's no 24 hour line.i just had money taken off my card.i need it stopped.

Customer service is a considerable expense for companies, and that expense rises markedly if it's to be provided round the clock. For the company, it's a cost vs. benefit calculation.
