Can I Watch Netflix Without Internet Through Laptop

Hi, you can make use of Netflix's DVD plan to have DVDs sent to you through the mail, and you could watch the DVDs on your TV, or laptop, or wherever you wanted. However, you can't download movies from Netflix to watch on your laptop later -- you can only "stream" them (or watch them as they download) and they don't get saved on your computer.
