I Can't Watch Movies On My Laptop Because It Says I Need Microsoft Silverlight.
I just got a new Dell laptop and my Netflix account won't let me watch anything on instant. It has a message that says: "You're almost ready to watch ____. Upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight plug-in for better video quality-it only takes a minute." There is no way to skip this message. I clicked the install now button and it installed without any errors but the same message is still there whenever I want to watch a movie... Please help! Thanks!

Hard to know without any understanding of what you're trying to watch Netflix on. Try this: Uninstall Silverlight following the directions found here (http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/get-started/install/uninstall-mac.aspx), go back to netflix, clicked on the show you want to watch, hit upgrade now, reinstall Silverlight.
