Can Netflix Be Viewed Without Internet Connection

Hi, you can use Netflix to view movies and shows without an Internet connection, however you will still need to use the Internet to set up your account (unless you call Netflix customer service by phone). Netflix offers a DVD plan where they will send you DVDs in the mail, and you send them back when you are done.
