I Sold My Cell Phone But The Buyer Cant Put Minutes On It
Sold my Net10 phone but buyer cant use it because it tells them its in my name,how do I get my name off and what else to I need to do so the buyer can freely use it??

it is a transfer of the contract they will also have to have a credit check.
There shouldn't be a charge for this, and if there is it should be minimal depending on how long you have had the contract (always lower towards the end as they like to keep you, in the beginning, they have you).
Until the switch YOU are responsible for the bill, and make sure once it is changed YOU pay for the time it was in your name, or they'll chase you for
