Can Not Make Calls

I can do everything (receive calls, send and receive text messages) but it will not call out. It rings one or two times then I get a high pitch sound sound. How or can it be fixed

Hi. If rebooting by pressing and holding the power button does not resolve your issue, then you will need to contact Tech Support directly from here http://www.net10.com/case_select_action.jsp?task=tech_support as the issue will then likely originate from Net10's end.
